Shipping Timeframes

  1. Shipments from China (CN Warehouse)

    All orders dispatched from our China warehouse will be delivered within 20 calendar days from the date of shipment confirmation. Please note that this timeframe does not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, peak season logistics congestion, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
  2. Shipments from U.S. Warehouse

    Orders fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse will arrive at your designated address within 7–10 business days after shipment. This delivery window applies to domestic U.S. addresses by default; additional transit time may be required for international shipments delivered from the U.S. warehouse.

General Notes

  • We will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the real-time status of your package.
  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
